On 4 March 2024, a round table organised by Rezalliance and SWISS UMEF was held alongside the "International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion in the Workplace". This event, part of a series of conferences in Geneva, brought together key players from the educational and professional worlds to discuss the importance of inclusion in the workplace.
SWISS UMEF had the honour of welcoming, among the speakers, Ms Anne Hiltpold, State Councillor in charge of public instruction, Mr Alain Moser, Director of Moser School and winner of the 2022 Equality Prize, as well as Ms Marie-Isabelle Ghedini, Head of the SWISS UMEF Career Centre. The round table, moderated by Joëlle Payom, founder of Rezalliance, highlighted the challenges and solutions for promoting inclusive and harmonious work environments.
This event not only raised awareness among participants about issues of harassment and inclusion but also encouraged open and constructive dialogue on the actions needed to create more equitable workplaces. SWISS UMEF is committed to continuing to promote inclusion and equality through educational initiatives and public events.
