On 5 October 2023, SWISS UMEF had the honour of hosting Mr Mauro Poggia for an engaging conference on the health and security challenges facing Geneva. This conference, held in a prestigious setting, provided a platform for discussing critical issues related to public health and security in the region.
Mr Poggia shared his expertise in managing health crises, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the security measures necessary to protect the population in the context of increasing threats.
