Duration and Credits:
Our Executive Master programme is designed for a duration of 15 months, encompassing 120 ECTS credits. This structure facilitates a comprehensive immersion in the various facets of business management while remaining adaptable to the professional commitments of our participants.
Modules and Credits:
The programme comprises 10 modules, each worth 9 ECTS credits. This balanced allocation ensures a thorough exploration of key areas in management.

Each module, spanning 4 weeks, includes:
Extensive readings and research, are to be undertaken at your own pace.
Practical case study analysis to apply theoretical concepts directly.
Two interactive monthly sessions of four hours in total, scheduled on Saturdays from 17:00 to 18:00 and 18:15 to 19:15, promote dynamic exchanges and direct feedback.

Session Scheduling:
The sessions are organised to optimise learning while accommodating the professional commitments of participants. A detailed schedule is available upon registration.
Examinations:
Each module includes an examination, in various forms (written, oral, research work, multiple-choice questions, etc.), as chosen by the instructor. Exams can be conducted remotely or in person at one of the Swiss UMEF partner locations, depending on the student’s residence. Details of in-person examinations will be communicated via email or through the eAcademy platform.
Admissions:
A rigorous selection of applications is implemented.
Minimum of 3 years experience
English proficiency for non-native speakers, unless previous education was conducted in English (TOEFL IBT 90, IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
