Homme d’État roumain. Célèbre pour avoir été le pionnier de la démocratie roumaine après la dictature. Premier Ministre entre 1989 et 1991, Ministre des Affaires étrangères entre 1999 et 2000. Il est aujourd’hui membre du Club de Madrid.
Romanian statesman. Famous for having been the pioneer of Romanian democracy after the dictatorship. Prime Minister between 1989 and 1991. Minister of Foreign Affairs between 1999 and 2000. He is today a member of the Club of Madrid.
