Universitaire et journaliste, a été membre du Parlement du Monténégro. Directeur Général de Teuta Television et de l’ONG Mogul à Ulcinj. En 2015, été l’un des fondateurs du Civic Movement United Reform Action (URA), et depuis 2017, il est le président du parti. Actuellement vice-premier ministre du Monténégro.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science of the University of Sarajevo. General Director of Teuta Television, Executive Director of the NGO Mogul in Ulcinj. A Founder in 2015 of the Civic Movement United Reform Action (URA), and since 2017, chairman of this party. He is currently Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro.
